Party Venue Rental FAQs

Recommended guest capacity of 50 guests. Depending on your event's needs, we can accommodate up to 65 guests.

In order to serve alcohol at Studio Twelve Eight, you must hire a licensed and insured mobile bartender OR alcohol insurance must be added to your invoice ($150). 

We do not allow the sale of alcohol under any circumstances.

If none of the times shown work for you, please contact us so we can arrange a more accommodating date and time for you. 

We have ample complimentary parking for you and your guests! There is parking on both sides of the building and along Cleveland Street.

If your date is available, you will receive a proposal that includes our contract and an invoice.

To host an event with us, you will need to have

- A signed contract

- Paid the balance in full (non-refundable retainer payment reserves your date)

- A refundable incidental security deposit

At Studio Twelve Eight, we aim to make your event planning experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.  We encourage you to confirm all details before making a reservation, as we are unable to provide refunds for payments made toward your event.  

Please note that all payments, with the exception of the security deposit, are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations by the client. The security deposit is refundable if all terms and conditions are met following the event. 

Along with your signed contract, a non-refundable retainer payment is required to secure your requested date. The final balance for the venue rental is due one month before the event.

This is entirely up to you. Your rental time includes your set-up, event time and clean up.

The refundable incidental security deposit is required to ensure that the venue is returned to the owners in the same condition that it was presented and that all of the terms of the contract are adhered to. In the event of any damage to the venue or any time overage your security deposit will be deducted.

All unused security deposits will be returned to the host after the venue is returned in the condition it was given, your event does not go overtime, there is no damage to the space and the venue equipment and there are no violations to the terms of the contract.
