Our space is ideal for up to 50 guests. Depending on your event style, we can accommodate as many as 65.
Yes — as long as you hire a licensed/insured bartender or add BYOB Alcohol Insurance ($150). Please note, alcohol sales are not permitted.

We have ample complimentary parking for you and your guests! There is parking on both sides of the building and along Cleveland Street.
If your date is available, you will receive a proposal that includes our contract and an invoice.
To host an event with us, you will need to have
- A signed contract
- Paid the balance in full (non-refundable retainer payment reserves your date)
- Paid the refundable security deposit a day prior to your event
All payments are non-refundable (except the $250 security deposit). We recommend confirming your details before booking. We want your event to be stress-free, so let’s make sure it’s the right fit!
Along with your signed contract, a non-refundable retainer payment is required to secure your requested date. The final balance for the venue rental is due one month before the event.
Your rental time is yours — it includes set-up, event, and clean-up. Need more time? Just add additional hours.
The refundable security deposit is required to ensure that the venue is returned to the owners in the same condition that it was presented and that all of the terms of the contract are adhered to. In the event of any damage to the venue or any time overage your security deposit will be deducted.
All unused security deposits will be returned to the host after the venue is returned in the condition it was given, your event does not go overtime, there is no damage to the space and the venue equipment and there are no violations to the terms of the contract.
