Your rental time is 100% yours! We’ll send you layout options to choose from, or you can specify exactly how many and where you’d like the tables and the bar. Our team will set everything up, unstack chairs, and have the space ready to go when you arrive—no setup or breakdown required!
Keep the party going! This add-on lets you focus on enjoying your event without stopping to clean. We’ll handle all the unwanted décor, food, and drinks—just take what you want to keep, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Alcohol is only allowed on the property if a licensed and insured mobile bartender is hired, or if you add our BYOB Alcohol Insurance. This add-on provides the necessary liability protection, ensuring that you can serve your own alcohol while staying compliant with venue regulations. With this coverage, you can host your event worry-free, knowing everything is handled safely.

All photos taken during your event are saved in an online gallery, allowing you and your guests to easily access and relive the fun. Need more time to celebrate? With our Additional Rental Time add-on, you can extend your event by the hour. Whether you want to continue the fun after your event time or simply need more flexibility, we offer extra rental hours to make sure your event runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Max 50 people unless increased maximum is approved by venue manager.
- A non-refundable retainer deposit is due at the time of signing the contract to secure your event date.
- Events booked less than 30 days in advance will require full balance.
- A refundable security deposit of $250 is required for all bookings and is due the day before your event.
