Ensure your event space is ready to go from the moment you arrive with our Venue Setup & Prep Service. Our team will handle all the venue layout details, including setting up tables and chairs in your desired layout, covering them with linens, and unstacking chairs. This service saves you time and effort, allowing you to focus on enjoying your event while we take care of the table and chair setup.
At the end of your event, the last thing you want to worry about is cleaning up. Our Cleanup Assistance add-on includes removing any unwanted decorations, food, drinks, and other items. Simply grab your personal belongings, and we'll handle the rest, allowing you to leave with no hassle.
Alcohol is only allowed on the property if a licensed and insured mobile bartender is hired, or if you add our BYOB Alcohol Insurance. This add-on provides the necessary liability protection, ensuring that you can serve your own alcohol while staying compliant with venue regulations. With this coverage, you can host your event worry-free, knowing everything is handled safely.

- Max 50 people unless increased maximum is approved by venue manager.
- A non-refundable retainer deposit is due at the time of signing the contract to secure your event date.
- All bookings are subject to sales tax.
- Events booked less than 30 days in advance will require full balance.
- A refundable security deposit of $250 is required for all bookings and is due the day before your event.
